Joe is the Founder and Managing Partner. He has over three decades of experience in media and advertising, serving at an executive level for Microsoft, WebTV, HBO and Comedy Central.
Dave is the Director of Social Media. He is responsible for superior customer engagement and intimacy within all aspects of the social media marketing roadmap. Tapping into his two-decade long career in the music industry working with nationally-touring bands, music festivals and more, he administrates the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content in the digital space.
David is the Managing Director and Producer. He is responsible for developing and managing all projects and strategic planning. David earned an RIAA gold record for the Grateful Dead box set, “So Many Roads.” He’s a voting member of the Recording Academy, writing member of ASCAP and radio host of Big Dave’s Rockabilly Roadhouse on KRSH.
Farah is the Controller. She has held positions as a financial analyst and accountant at Sanmina-SCI, Dell Computer and a number of smaller startups including ZING. She earned her BS in Accounting from San Jose State University.
Karl is the Executive Producer and Lead Engineer. He is responsible for creating the company’s sound. Karl has worked with Tom Waits, Smash Mouth, No Doubt, Dave Matthews, Big Head Todd and the Monsters and many other top artists.
Kevin is Managing Director of Media Partnerships. He has held executive level positions at CBS and iHeart Media with a focus on television, digital, mobile, radio content sales, business development and operations.
Meredith specializes in creating unique, dynamic design solutions for identity, packaging, print, promotion and web design. She’s developed projects for celebrity chef Tyler Florence, Apple, Cost Plus World Markets, Williams-Sonoma, Target & Whole Foods.
Michele is the Digital Media Director. She is responsible for planning, buying and ad optimization. Michele led the national account service teams at Microsoft’s Digital Solutions division and LinkedIn.
Ned is responsible for business and legal affairs. He has represented clients like: Windham Hill Records, Ubiquity Recordings, Starbucks/Hear Music, Concord Jazz and Rounder Records.
Rob has traversed the worlds of radio, management, music publishing, publicity, marketing and promotion with stints at KHIP/FM, Bug Music Nashville, and The Gavin Report, where he conceptualized the Americana radio format in 1995. Rob is a programmer/producer/host for SiriusXM’s Pearl Jam Radio and Grateful Dead Channels and pearljam.com’s Ten Club Radio.
Sheila Groves Tracey
Sheila has been running Notable Talent in the Bay Area for over 30 years booking national headliners for The Mystic Theatre in Petaluma, the world renown Sausalito Art Festival, Uptown Theatre in Napa, BottleRock Napa Valley Music Festival, Twin Oaks Roadhouse and corporate events.
Steve is Director of Business Development. He specializes in analyzing and advising on business strategies. Steve holds an MBA from Stanford Business School and a BA in Business Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles, where he graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa.
Sue is the Broadcast Director. She is responsible for planning and buying radio and television to support artist’s releases. Sue has provided media planning and buying for top accounts like Burger King, Converse, Denny’s and Cadillac.
